DELIVERY

We deliver in France via Colissimo home delivery without signature or Colissimo point relais or chronopost C13.

We prepare your orders within 24-72 hours. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo in France.

We deliver in Europe via Colissimo home delivery with signature or DHL. 

We prepare your orders within 24-72 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 3 working days. 

We deliver internationally via DHL 

We prepare your orders within 24-72 hours. Delivery time is then 8 working days for international deliveries. 

For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and duties.

We deliver to the following countries: Europe, Switzerland, UK, USA. If you live in another country, please contact us by e-mail at contact@katiasanchez.com


RETURN FROM FRANCE

To return your order or part of your order, please follow the steps below:

  • Send your return request to contact@katiasanchez.com
  • You will receive a return slip by email
  • Prepare your parcel: put the clean, unworn, unwashed product(s) with the label and original packaging in your parcel.
  • Affix the return slip to your parcel and drop it off at a COLISSIMO point within 14 days of purchase. In France, there's no need to queue at the post office. The return slip includes postage. From abroad, return postage is at your expense.
  • Keep proof of parcel delivery: in the event of a dispute or loss of the parcel by the carrier, the delivery note will be deemed authentic and the returned product(s) can be reimbursed.

 

For returns from abroad, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Return the products by parcel post to the following address: Katia Sanchez - La Caserne - 12 rue Philippe de Girard 75010 Paris France.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will send you an e-mail to inform you and we will proceed with the reimbursement of the returned product(s) within 30 working days of receipt of the parcel. The method of reimbursement is the one used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card again. It is not possible to change the method of payment for a refund.
