DELIVERY

DELIVERY ZONE

Products are delivered in Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Products are delivered, at the Customer's choice, to the Customer's home address or any other place designated by the Customer, by COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST for France. For other countries, delivery is made by COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST or DHL, depending on the destination.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of the order, which can only be within the geographical zone served.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Delivery times vary according to destination country.

Deliveries are made to the Customer's home from Monday to Friday within the usual time slots and within a limit of ten (10) working days from confirmation of the Customer's order by KATIA SANCHEZ, except in exceptional cases.

Products sold by pre-order are delivered within thirty (30) working days after the delivery date announced at the time of purchase.

RETURN 

RETURN FROM FRANCE

To return your order or part of your order, please follow the steps below:

Send your return request to contact@katiasanchez.com

You will receive a return slip by email

Prepare your parcel: put the clean, unworn, unwashed product(s) with the label and original packaging in your parcel.

Affix the return slip to your parcel and drop it off at a COLISSIMO point within 14 days of your purchase. The return slip includes postage. From abroad, you are responsible for return postage.

Keep the proof of parcel delivery: In the event of a dispute or loss of the parcel by the carrier, the delivery note will serve as proof of delivery, and the returned product(s) can be reimbursed.

 

RETURNING FROM ABROAD

Return and customs charges are at the customer's expense.

Return the products to us by parcel post, specifying the order reference and your contact details, to the following address: Katia Sanchez - La Caserne - 12 rue Philippe de Girard 75010 Paris France.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will send you an e-mail to inform you and we will proceed with the reimbursement of the returned product(s) within 30 working days of receipt of the parcel. The method of reimbursement is the one used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card again. It is not possible to change the method of payment for a refund.
