This sweater is a loose reference . Its body length is classic, neither short nor long. The neckline is shallow. The long sleeve is a little baggy.

Size 0/1 corresponds to a 36/38. In size 0/1: chest = 56 cm / length = 57 cm

Size 2/3 corresponds to a 40. In size 2/3 chest = 58 cm / length = 59 cm

Size 4/5 corresponds to a 42/44. In size 4/5: chest = 60 cm / length = 61 cm

This jacquard sweater is soft and cozy thanks to its flawless knitting.
The fit is roomy and fairly loose for a casual heart-patterned sweater.
Hearts in every color against a medium purple background for maximum color and cheerfulness! The harmony of all these colors is truly stunning, and to tell you the truth, we owe it all to Marzia. In fact, I had made this version with a different shade of purple in the past, and it didn’t turn out very well. Then Marzia came to visit me in Paris and pulled out a swatch she’d knitted with a different shade of purple, and I was blown away! It just goes to show that color harmony sometimes comes down to a single thread!
To pull off such a whimsical design, you need exceptional quality. That’s certainly the case with this gorgeous mohair and silk blend, which brings out the colors so beautifully.

This precious yarn is spun from long, fine mohair fibers at our RMS (Responsible Mohair Standard) certified spinning mill in Italy. RMS certification ensures traceability and sets out rules for breeding farms that respect the environment and the animals (herd density on the land, respect for biodiversity, shearing of animals, etc.).
Combine the highest quality mohair and the finest silk and you get exceptional quality, softness and luminosity.
This yarn quality guarantees a very soft mohair sweater that won't pilling and will last a long time.

This mohair sweater is made in Italy in a small family factory near Venice. The factory was founded by Marzia's parents in the early 60s. Today, it's Marzia, her mom, her brothers and sisters and her extended family who give all their energy to keep their know-how and their love of beautiful products alive... Between craftsmanship and technology, everyone produces with a smile and a lot of dedication. Patterns are made by hand, as are many of the finishing touches. The knitting machines, on the other hand, are state-of-the-art. Quality control is carried out panel by panel and then on the finished sweater. Working with Marzia, I know she makes my sweaters as if they were her own!

HOW TO WASH YOUR CATHY SWEATER?

Here are our tips for washing and caring for your mohair sweater:

Choose a delicate WOOL program for a soothing wash and take care to :
Set spin speed to 800 rpm
Set temperature to 30°C
Place your sweater in a laundry net
Use a special eco-friendly wool detergent
Use little detergent
Take out the sweater at the end of the cycle
Lay flat on a towel and turn over halfway through drying.

Marzia orders extra yarn if needed and starts knitting. This is followed by assembly, washing, ironing and quality control.

The truck leaves from Italy. After a journey of 4 to 6 days, it arrives in Paris at our warehouse. There, Kani takes each sweater out of its polybag, which we send back to Marzia for the next pre-order, and wraps your sweater in a pretty square of fabric from old stock.

The parcel leaves, you receive a follow-up email, and a few days later it's party time! You get a rainbow, hearts, some color!
