A FEMININE VEST
The waistline is narrow, but the head of the sleeves is very gathered (like the Paulette, but with a narrower waistline). The sleeves are a little short, quite wide and tight at the bottom, making this vest a little "structured".
Over a vintage tee, it'll look great; over a silk blouse, it'll be precious. In any case, it can be worn all year round!
The round buttons are made of corozo in France. They are varnished for an ultra-shiny, high-quality effect. You can choose the multicolored button version, which gives this cardigan a crazy look, or choose for the more sober dark navy buttons.
This cardigan is knitted in 2 strands of mohair and silk yarns. It is of medium thickness.

This precious yarn is spun from long, fine mohair fibers at our RMS (Responsible Mohair Standard) certified spinning mill in Italy. RMS certification ensures traceability and sets out rules for breeding farms that respect the environment and the animals (herd density on the land, respect for biodiversity, shearing of animals, etc.).
Combine the highest quality mohair and the finest silk and you get exceptional quality, softness and luminosity.

This mohair sweater is made in Italy in a small family-run factory near Venice. The Venice region is the cradle of high-end Italian knitwear. This is where luxury brands manufacture in Italy, because it's in this region that Italian knitwear know-how excels.
The factory was founded by Marzia's parents in the early 60s.
Today, between craftsmanship and technology, it's Marzia, her mom, her siblings and her extended family who keep this know-how and their love of beautiful products alive. Pattern-making and many of the finishing touches are done by hand, and quality control is carried out panel by panel... when I work with Marzia, I know she's making my sweaters as if they were her own!
